SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

Shipping & Processing: All items are final sale. Please check each listing for delivery times. In stock items will ship in approximately 2-3 business days which does NOT include shipping times. Your order will ship from Utah. 

Once your order ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. We are not responsible for any import or duty fees for international shipments. 

LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS

George Hats is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim. 

RETURNED / UNCLAIMED MAIL

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to George Hats, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package. 

COUPON CODES

Coupon codes must be entered at check-out in the discount box. Once your order is placed, coupon codes cannot be applied. Only one code may be applied per purchase.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

GH primarily sells products to infants and toddlers so we must be EXTREMELY careful with returned merchandise.
As a result, we do not resale any products that have been returned to us as we can’t account for where they have been or what they may or may not have been exposed to, etc.

We do this to ensure that no infants or toddlers receive a product that might have new contaminations, contain allergens, etc.

30-DAY DURABILITY GUARANTEE

We make our clothes to stand up to the everyday wear and tear that comes with being a kid. If your item experiences a durability issue or premature failure within 30 days of purchase under normal, intended use, we’ll make it right.

Our guarantee covers issues such as seams coming undone, stitching coming apart, or other construction-related failures that occur during normal wear.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, alterations, excessive or unusually rough use, stains, snags, tears from sharp objects, or normal signs of wear and aging.

If you believe your item qualifies, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the claim and determine whether it falls under the guarantee. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
